Courses

Where will the course be held?

Our courses can be taught in our private training room in Ilkeston, Derbyshire, or in the comfort of your own salon (travel expenses apply)

 

Do I need any previous experience?

I offer both standard and advanced courses, standard courses require no previous experience, advanced courses require experience.

Who approves the course?

All of our courses are either approved by Towergate Health & Beauty, or Accredited by Beauty Industry Approval ( see individual course listings) This means that you are able to gain insurance to work on members of the public.


Do you supply Kits?

The only course i supply a kit for is Dermaplane. I will be able to advise on which products and equipment you can purchase and also where are the best locations to purchase the products from.

 

Are courses brand Specific?

All our courses are non-brand specific, this means once qualified you can choose which brands you would like to use.

How do I book a course?

To book you can fill in the enquire now section on our website and I will aim to respond in 24 hour,

How do I pay for the course?

All courses require part payment or payment in full to secure any training dates, I will hold the date for 24 hours and if payment is not made the date will be released. An email confirmation will be sent with a secure payment link. 

Can you train more than one person? 

Our courses are 1-2-1, however I can train up to 4 students on request.

 

Is there a discount for more than one course booking? 

Yes, I offer discounts for more than one course booking, please contact me to discuss further.

Do I get a certificate on the day of training?

Yes, providing that you have reached the required level to pass you will receive your premier Beauty & Training Academy Diploma certificate at the end of the training day.

What times do the courses run?

All of our courses are one day courses and generally run between 10am and 4pm. Courses can be shorter/longer dependent on your learning needs.

Treatments

How do I book a treatment?

You can fill in the enquire form, or you can call /email me to book, please be advised it can take up to 24 hours for me to reply.

Do you have parking?

On road parking is available.

Should I arrive early for my appointment?

I advise arriving 5 /10 minutes before your appointment time, this gives you time to fill in your consultation form.

Please do not arrive any earlier than this as I’m likely to be with another client and do not have a waiting room.

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment? 

Please arrive alone for your treatments as i do not have a waiting room; under no circumstances are children under 16 allowed in the treatment room for health & safety and insurance purposes.

How to prepare for my treatment?

For Facials - please try to come makeup free

Fat freeze & Ultrasound Cavitation - wear comfy clothing, I advise not to eat a heavy meal straight before and not to consume alcohol directly prior to your appointment.

How can I pay? 

I accept cash & card payments for all treatments.
